Bitcoins Cycle Peak Expected in January 2025 Forecasts Crypto Analyst Kevin Svenson Heres the Reason

Cryptocurrency expert Kevin Svenson predicts that Bitcoin (BTC) may soon reach its peak in the current cycle. Addressing his substantial YouTube following of 78,600 subscribers, Svenson draws on historical patterns following Bitcoin’s halving events to suggest that BTC could hit its cycle top in approximately six months.

“Looking back at the previous halvings, we see a consistent pattern: around 40 to 80 weeks after each halving, Bitcoin has reached its peak,” Svenson explains. “Given that the latest halving occurred in mid-April, projecting forward 40 weeks lands us in January 2025, coinciding with the U.S. presidential inauguration. This historical alignment suggests a potential peak for Bitcoin around January.”

Svenson also speculates on the possibility of Bitcoin exceeding expectations. “Market conditions could lead to significant increases up to and possibly beyond that timeframe. We might witness a surge into the New Year that extends well into 2025 if Bitcoin’s sideways movement persists longer than anticipated.”

As of the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $60,110.
