Report: $300 Withdrawal at JPMorgan Chase Instantly Stolen at Brooklyn Bank Branch
Update: News 12 has made changes to its original article, removing a video clip from its newscast and adjusting the reported amount from “$300,000” to $300. We have updated this story to reflect the modification.
According to reports from News 12, a customer of JPMorgan Chase allegedly lost $300 after withdrawing the cash from a bank branch in Brooklyn. The incident occurred immediately after the customer left the bank’s premises.
The 31-year-old customer withdrew the money from a teller and was then robbed outside the bank, as stated by News 12.
Although the bank has not issued a statement regarding the incident, it did provide security footage from the branch, which shows the alleged robber. The authorities have now made this footage public.
