Santiment Number of Ethereum Holders Continues to Increase and Shows Resilience Despite Price Decline
Santiment, an analytics platform, reports an increase in the number of Ethereum (ETH) holders despite the decline in the value of the top altcoin. The rise in ETH wallets contrasts with the drop in Bitcoin (BTC) wallets since mid-March.
The price of Ethereum is currently at $3,400, down by more than 4% in the last 24 hours. Santiment also observes a decline in social media mentions for XRP, Dogecoin (DOGE), and Shiba Inu (SHIB), suggesting a potential market bottom for these digital assets.
XRP is trading at $0.47, down by over 7% in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, DOGE is trading at $0.11, marking a 9.5% decrease, and SHIB is trading at $0.0000177, down by more than 10% on the day.
Furthermore, Santiment notes a decrease in social media discussions about the arrival of an altseason in the crypto market, suggesting that the broader altcoin market may also be approaching a bottom.
